Overcoming a Window Depth Challenge

One challenge we faced was that the kitchen windows didn’t have much depth. Originally, our client was hesitant about the idea of mounting the Pirouette shades directly on the window trim. But once the installation was complete, she loved how the shades complemented the new kitchen design, adding both style and functionality without taking away from the remodel.

Sliding Door Solution: Coupled Pirouette Shades

The project also included covering a sliding glass door. For this, we installed a coupled Pirouette shade system, which allowed the client to operate each shade panel independently. This gave her the flexibility to open one side while keeping the other closed—perfect for everyday use and entertaining.
