The sales team at Perr Daht went the extra mile for my wife and I. They educated us on the different blinds in order to help us correctly identify the most practical blinds for each room. I was overwhelmed and had no idea where to start picking window treatments for our new home. I was actually dreading doing it as it is such a big investment, I didn’t want to regret my choices and then have to live with something I didn’t love. Enter Scott and Perr Daht. We needed window treatments throughout our new home. To expedite things, Scott met us at our new home on inspection day. From the moment we met my overwhelm disappeared and I started to look forward to the task I had previously dreaded. He brought samples of every type of window treatment and fabric and made sure we knew all of our options. He suggested things I never would have thought of but ended up loving. By the end of our inspection, we had picked window treatments for every window in our house. He emailed us a quote that night. On closing day, he met us at our home again, this time with his installer, Alec, to take final measurements so we could place the order that day. Alec installed paper shades on every window in our home at no cost to us, to ensure we would have privacy until our window treatments came in. Since the shutters we picked for the bathrooms had a longer production time, Scott scheduled two separate installs so we wouldn’t have to wait to have our shades in the rest of the house. On installation day both Scott and Alec were phenomenal to work with, making sure every detail was perfect. I can say without a doubt that if it weren’t for Scott and Perr Daht the window treatments for our home would not have come to together as they did. His knowledge and customer service is truly unmatched, and I cannot recommend him enough.
